Los Alamitos Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy is proud to offer a senior fitness program. The senior fitness program is a adaptable exercise program that will help build flexibility, strength, balance. We strive to offer levels of challenge enough for active, older individuals as well as levels of exercise that are safe for the unfit or frail.
Senior fitness sessions are individualized and based on client goals, physical assessment, medical history, and postural analysis. Sessions are 55 minutes in length. All private sessions will be scheduled by the trainer and based on availability.
